Project Owner Introduction

This section describes the role of the Project Owner in the ZeroSix platform.

The role of the Project Owner (PO) is key to the ZeroSix platform. POs can submit projects on the platform for verification by the respective independent third-party verifiers. Based on the information provided by the PO, the ZeroSix platform is capable of calculating the amount of carbon credits that correspond to the proven production reserves related to the wells that the PO is permanently shutting in.
