This section outlines the project verification process from the Verifier point of view.
The project verification process from the Verifier point of view consists of the following phases.
Notification: The Verifier is notified via email that a newly submitted project has been submitted seeking for Verifier's approval. The project status is updated to PENDING.
Review: The Verifier reviews all project-related information and supporting documentation.
Change Request: In case the Verifier considers that some information or documents needs to be updated, a change request is sent to the Project Owner. The project status is updated to CHANGE REQUEST.
Approve: If all provided information, calculations, and project-related documentation are reviewed and approved by the Verifier, the Verifier can approve the project. The project status is updated to APPROVED.
Reject: If provided information, calculations, and project-related documentation are reviewed and not rejected by the Verifier, the Verifier can reject the project. The project status is updated to REJECTED.
