Project Verification
This section outlines the project verification process from the Verifier point of view.
The project verification process from the Verifier point of view consists of the following phases.
Notification: The Verifier is notified via email that a newly submitted project has been submitted seeking for Verifier's approval. The project status is updated to
PENDING.Review: The Verifier reviews all project-related information and supporting documentation.
Change Request: In case the Verifier considers that some information or documents needs to be updated, a change request is sent to the Project Owner. The project status is updated to
CHANGE REQUEST.Approve: If all provided information, calculations, and project-related documentation are reviewed and approved by the Verifier, the Verifier can approve the project. The project status is updated to
APPROVED.Reject: If provided information, calculations, and project-related documentation are reviewed and not rejected by the Verifier, the Verifier can reject the project. The project status is updated to
REJECTED.
