Project Acceptance
This section describes the Project Acceptance process for the Verifier.
In order for a newly submitted project to be accepted, the Verifier needs to approve both the provided information, as well as each of the submitted supported documents.
A pop-up window is shown for further confirmation of the approval each time the Verifier approves a project-related supporting document.

Upon acceptance of a document, the status of the document changes from PENDING to APPROVED.
Once the Verifier has accepted the provided information, as well as each of the submitted supported documents, the approval process can be initiated. By clicking the Approve button the MetaMask browser plugin pops up requesting the Verifier to digitally sign the approval of the project using the Verifier's provate key stored in MetaMask.

The signature of the message includes the following information
first and last name of the Verifier,
the Verifier's company name, and
the project name.
Upon approval, the both the Verifier and the Project Owner receive an email notifying them that the process of the issuance of the carbon credits has be initiated. The email contains a link to the Safe dApp for the Verifier and the Project Owner to confirm and initiate the carbon credits distribution process.
