Introduction to the use of the Safe multisig wallet to the ZeroSix platform.

Safe is a mutlisig wallet, where in order for a transaction to be executed a quorum needs to be reached by the assigned signatories of the wallet.

In the context of the ZeroSix platform, the use of Safe guarantees that the carbon credits generated for a verified project, before their distribution to the Project Owner, are crosschecked with respect to their amount by all involved parties; that is

• the Project Owner,

• the Verifier, and

• the Platform Admin.

This guarantees that all three parties have agreed upon the fact that the correct amount of carbon credits have been generated.
