Step 3: Reserves Submission

This sections describes Step 3 of the new project submission process.

Step 3 of the new project submission process involves the provision by the Project Owner of the reserves information. This information mainly involved information for each specific well that belongs to the project, as well as all the related supporting documentation, such as the Project Level Monthly Forecast and the Project Well Level Reserves.

Step 3: Reserves Submission

The Project Owner is requested to fill in the following mandatory information about the reserves of every well related to the new project to be submitted for validation to the ZeroSix platform.

Well Name

The name of the specific well.

A unique, permanent, numeric identifier assigned to each well drilled for oil and gas in the United States.

Surface Hole Latitude

Latitude of surface hole location associated with each well using WGS84 format to 6 decimal places.

It should be mentioned that the information included in the table above is entered for each well associated with the new project.

The PO has two options for providing the information about the wells belonging to the project.

  • Option 1: Manually, by providing the information for each well and clicking the Add Well button to add the well to the table of wells belonging to the project.

  • Option 2: Automatically, by using the provided Excel template file. Once the information for all well is entered in the Excel file and the file has been successfully uploaded, the user can add the wells to the project by clicking the Propagate button

It should be noted that both options have the same result. The automated option is recommended in the case the number of wells belonging to the project is high.

Reserve forecast on a monthly basis at the project level, as a combination of all project wells, consistent with third-party reserve report.

Once all their mandatory information has been provided the use click the Save button and waits for the corresponding success notification to appear on top right corner of the user interface. The user then clicks the Next button to proceed to the next step of the new project submission process.
