Step 7 of the new project submission process provides an overview of the project to be submitted for verification.

Step 7: Overview

The following project-related information is available to the Project Owner via the project overview:

• high-level summary of the project including information related to project name, location, type, mineral owner, as well as project description,

• list of provided project-related documentation with the ability to re-upload them (via the Edit button),

• list of Royalty Owners along with the respective royalty agreements, and

• the legal binding contract containing the terms and conditions for submitting a new project via the ZeroSix platform.

It should be mentioned that the Project Owner is also able to edit the information related to the Royalty Owners by clicking the Edit Royalty Owners Info button.

In addition to the general terms and conditions for submitting a new project via the ZeroSix platform, federal and state laws may impose more requirements on particular types of contracts.

Finally, by clicking the SUBMIT FOR VERIFICATION button, the project data and documents are sent to the independent third-party Verifier for verification. Once the project is submitted, no further edits to the project data and documents are allowed, unless the Verifier issues a change request.
